Kemenkeu Tawarkan Sukuk Tabungan dengan Kupon 8,15 Persen

Sukuk bisa dibeli secara online mulai 1 Februari.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Keuangan kembali menjual Surat Berharga Syariah Negara (SBSN) atau sukuk ritel kepada investor individu secara daring melalui produk ST003. Sukuk negara tersebut menawarkan tingkat kupon sebesar 8,15 persen untuk periode tiga bulan pertama.

Tingkat kupon tersebut lebih kecil dibandingkan seri sebelumnya yakni ST002  yang memberikan kupon 8,3 persen. 

"Tujuan penerbitan ST-003 secara online adalah untuk mempermudah akses masyarakat berinvestasi di SBSN ritel, memperluas basis investor dalam negeri dengan menyediakan alternatif investasi dan mendukung terwujudnya keuangan inklusif serta memenuhi sebagian pembiayaan APBN 2019,"  tulis pernyataan resmi Direktorat Pembiayaan Syariah Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko Kemenkeu pada Kamis (31/1). 

ST003 akan resmi dijual mulai 1 Februari 2019 pukul 09.00 WIB dan berakhir pada 20 Februari 2019 pukul 10.00 WIB. Syarat minimal pemesanan adalah sebesar Rp 1 juta dan maksimal Rp 3 miliar dengan tenor dua tahun.

Akad yang digunakan adalah akad wakalah dengan underlying asset berupa Barang Milik Negara (BMN) dan proyek APBN 2019. 

Seperti seri sebelumnya, ST003 tidak dapat diperdagangkan di pasar sekunder dan tidak dapat dicairkan sampai jatuh tempo pada 10 Februari 2021. ST003 bisa dicairkan maksimal 50 persen pada masa pelunasan sebelum jatuh tempo atau early redemption.

ST003 juga memiliki jenis kupon mengambang dengan tingkat kupon minimal sesuai suku bunga acuan yakni BI 7 Days Reverse Repo Rate. Untuk tiga bulan pertama tingkat kupon adalah sebesar 8,15 persen yang berasal dari BI 7DRRR sebesar 6 persen dan spread tetap 215 basis poin. 

Tingkat Kupon berikutnya akan disesuaikan setiap 3 bulan pada tanggal penyesuaian kupon sampai dengan jatuh tempo. Penyesuaian Tingkat Kupon didasarkan pada suku bunga acuan ditambah spread tetap 215 basis poin.

Artinya, jika terjadi kenaikan suku bunga acuan BI maka tingkat kupon bisa bertambah. Namun, tingkat kupon sebesar 8,15 persen merupakan imbal hasil minimal dan tidak akan berkurang sampai jatuh tempo. 

Masyarakat yang berminat berinvestasi melalui ST003 dapat membelinya melalui 13 mitra distribusi yang akan membuka layanan secara daring. Perbedaan untuk seri ini, mitra distribusi bertambah yakni melalui Bank Syariah Mandiri dan BRI Syariah.

Sementara, masyarakat juga tetap bisa membeli ST003 melalui BCA, Bank Mandiri, BNI, Bank Permata, BRI, BTN, Trimegah Sekuritas, Bareksa, Tanamduit, Investree, dan Modalku.

Tourism Minister forms team to evaluate paid baggage policy

Paid baggage policy is feared to impact tourism sector.

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Ministry of Tourism has set up a team in response to the impact of the paid baggage policy on low-cost carriers (LCC). It was feared that the policy to have a direct effect on the tourism sector.

Head of the Ministry of Tourism Communication Bureau Guntur Sakti in Jakarta said on Thursday that in response to the policy of Tourism Minister Arief Yahya, a team, chaired by Special Staff of the Tourism Minister in Rifajantoro Gambling Accessibility, had been sent to coordinate with the Ministry of Transportation's Director General of Air Transportation.

"This team has reported about the situation and conditions on the field, including the turmoil that arose in the community and industry. The team also submitted a request seeking direct attention from the authorities, so that conditions in the market remain under control," he explained.

Kemenpar also continues to coordinate with the Ministry of Transportation and the Coordinating Ministry of Maritime Affairs to seek common ground and the best solution to the problem. He stressed that the paid baggage policy for LCC in the country had a direct impact on the tourism sector.

He noted that the free baggage revocation policies at LCC and the still high price of airplane tickets generally have a direct impact on Indonesia's tourism sector.

"Travel agents, for instance, are currently hesitant, not even daring to sell packages, while on the other hand, our SME sector has also been hit significantly," he stated.

Hotel occupancy was also affected by a significant decline in various destinations.

"This paid baggage policy also reduces the number of aircraft passengers, and tourists cancel travel plans to several places," he stated.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining a conducive climate for the development of the tourism sector in the country without neglecting the continuity of business in the aviation world.

Recorded baggage service provisions earlier listed in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 185 of 2015 concern Passenger Service Standards for Economy Class Domestic Scheduled Commercial Air Transport. Article 22, point C, stipulates that airlines, with no minimum standard services, or LCC, can charge fees for carrying checked baggage.
